If you have a support request related to an event where Preo handled your payment, we’re here to help.

Please send an email to support@preo.live and include the following information to help us assist you as quickly as possible:

  • Event and supplier name
  • Order ID
  • Amount paid
  • Product purchased
  • A short description of your request

Our support team will get back to you within 3–5 working days. Calls or messages to our office phones will not be answered.
